Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Parkins, of Thaxted Rd., Duton Hill, Dunmow, Essex; husband of Annie Parkins, of 6, Newtons Place, High St., Huntingdon.
Remembered on Thiepval Memorial.

Age last birthday 10 (born 1891); name given as Russell Louis. Head of household is a single sister, Elizabeth Emily Parkins; address The Workhouse Yard, Great Easton. Place of birth for Elizabeth Parkins is St Lukes, London (see Ernest Wicks below).
